Valerie + Steve’s love story began just over three years ago when they first met at church. And just recently on the anniversary of their first date, Steve popped the ever important question to Valerie.
On a private boat in Disney World, just before the nightly fireworks display, Steve went down on one knee to complete the proposal he’d been planning for months. Valerie couldn’t have been more surprised.
Strolling through Central Park, we noticed two huge trees off in the distance, shouting vibrant explosions of red, yellow, and orange. They were the epitome of Fall’s natural beauty.
It was quite the popular tree. People were out in force photographing the tree, including at least the two brides and grooms we counted.
We happily found a quiet oasis of relative solitude, away from the droves of tourists swarming around the park on this pleasantly mild October day. These are the moments we love to capture.
No visit to Central Park would be complete without at least some time at The Mall. The grand open walkway, which runs through the middle of the park and leads to Bethesda Terrace, is quintessential Central Park.
Thanks to a gentle request (and a little donation into his gratuity bucket), the bubble man unleashed his gigantic suds behind us.
Danger is no obstacle for this daring couple. When asked to climb atop this massive boulder and precariously sit at its edge, they eagerly obliged. Well, maybe not eagerly. But they still obliged. That’s daring in our book.
Steve had a great plan to rent a rowboat and go out on a photography adventure on the open sea… okay, lake. But for some crazy reason the place closed right before we walked up. But when one door closes, another always seems to open on up.
Let’s take a closer look at that beauty of a ring. It deserves it. Nice work, Steve. Nice work.
Valerie + Steve will be tying the knot early this summer on Long Island’s north shore. Congratulations to you both! Enjoy every moment!
